Know where every deal really stands.
Ask three people and you'll get three answers, none of them current. Opine keeps the whole deal on one record and summarizes it in plain language, with every claim traced back to the call, thread, or field it came from.
Trusted by high-performing revenue teams
Three answers isn't one truth.
The truth about a deal is scattered: the next step in someone's head, the real blocker in a Slack thread, the buyer's actual words in a call recording, and a CRM two weeks behind all of it. Opine reads all of it onto one record, so the answer is the same whoever asks.

One record, four ways to use it.
The same deal context feeds the summary, the fields, the briefs, and the answers. Open any feature to see how it works.
Centralized Deal Context
See a deal's status, risks, next steps, and history in one place.
CRM data, Slack and Teams threads, call transcripts, meetings, and documents land on one record, with a plain-language summary on top. Hover any claim to see the source it came from.
Every claim traces to its source
AI Smart Fields
Deal fields that fill themselves from every call and customer interaction, on a schedule you control.
Opine reads the conversations that already happened and proposes the values. Suggestions queue for review by default, and write back to Salesforce or HubSpot only once someone approves.
Meeting Prep & Pre-Call Briefs
Walk into every call already knowing what the customer raised last time.
For every meeting linked to a deal, Opine builds the brief from that deal's real history: discussion points, objections to expect, a timed agenda, and the gaps worth closing on the call.

Ask Opine
Ask questions across your deal data in plain language and get answers you can trace to the source.
Ask from the command palette or anywhere in the app. Type @ to scope the question to the deals you mean, and reporting questions run as real queries, so the numbers hold up when someone checks them.
“Which of these are at risk of slipping?”
Narrow the scope, sharpen the answer
Every claim traces to its source
One record. The view changes, the deal doesn't.
Governed by default
Reading everything is not the same as understanding anything.
Opine reads widely so the record is complete. What it writes back is a separate decision, and that decision stays yours.

trustHow do I know it isn't hallucinating? Where did a claim come from?
Every claim carries an inline citation. Hover it to preview the source, whether that's the Slack message, the transcript moment, or the CRM update, and click through to the full record. If a claim can't be traced to a source, it doesn't belong in the summary.
sourcesWhen it pulls up a deal summary, it's pulling from where exactly?
The deal's whole record. CRM deal and account data, Slack and Teams threads, call transcripts, calendar events, evaluation progress, notes, and documents. If an integration is connected and syncing, it's in the picture, and the citations show which source produced each claim.
controlDoes the AI just write to our CRM, or do we approve values first?
Review first, by default. Suggested values queue for a human to apply or dismiss. Auto-apply is a per-field opt-in for scheduled runs, so you decide which fields have earned it.
permissionsThese are Salesforce fields. Does it respect permissions on fields we can't edit?
Yes. Read-only and locked fields are excluded from generation, and CRM writes go through the acting user's own credentials, so Salesforce record- and field-level security always holds.
accuracyWill the numbers be right, or is it a model's best guess?
Reporting answers come from deterministic queries run against the database. Ask twice and you get the same number. That's the difference from pasting your pipeline into a chatbot, where 35 might come back as 34, or 30-ish.
configCan we shape what the summaries and briefs actually say?
Yes, organization-wide. Admins set custom instructions, such as a MEDDIC structure or specific properties to emphasize, and every deal's summary follows. For a one-off angle, you can pass one-time instructions to a single generation without changing the saved configuration.
