CRM Hygiene
Every CRM hygiene push fails the same way: it asks reps to type more, and they won't. The truth already exists in the deal's calls and threads. Opine's agents fill the record from what actually happened, with your approval on every write. A CRM your forecast can trust, and nobody typed a thing.

How CRM Hygiene works
Watch one record go from three weeks stale to defensible. The agent does this to every open deal.
Close date, next step, competitors, MEDDPICC. Each field gets its own plain-English guidance, its own cadence, and its own rule for writing.

- 01 · Fields
You choose what stays current
Close date, next step, competitors, MEDDPICC. Each field gets its own plain-English guidance, its own cadence, and its own rule for writing.
- 02 · Sweep
It runs while nobody's typing
Nightly across the pipeline, or on demand for one deal. Quiet deals are skipped before any AI runs.
- 03 · The fill
Every value arrives with its source
The agent reads the calls, threads, and record, then drafts the value with the receipt attached. Judging a suggestion takes seconds.
- 04 · The write
You approve, it writes back
Suggestions queue for review. Approve, and the value lands in Salesforce or HubSpot under your own credentials, field-level security intact.
Stale fields aren't a discipline problem
You can't fix hygiene by asking reps to type more. The truth about a deal lives in calls, threads, and the technical sale, and the CRM never hears any of it. Opine keeps all of that in one record per opportunity. The agents fill from that record, so the field finally matches the deal.
A forecast that reads from the truth
The gap between what happened and what got typed is where forecasts go wrong. The agents close it every night, receipts attached.
Current without the chasing
Close dates, next steps, and champions refresh on their own cadence. A deal that moved yesterday reads that way today.
Every value has a receipt
Each fill links the call, thread, or message it came from, and keeps who proposed it and who applied it on record.
Writes go through your rules
Suggestions queue for review by default. Auto-apply is opt-in per field, and locked fields are never touched.
Reps sell, the agents type
Field updates, owner pings, the Closed Won handoff written into the CRM: agents run the whole job, and your approvals gate every write.

Rep behaviorHonestly, our reps won't maintain Salesforce. Does any of this depend on them changing?
No. That's the design constraint. Fills draw from the interactions that already happen: the calls, emails, threads, and meetings on the deal. The reps keep selling. The record catches up on a schedule.
vs. required fieldsWe already have required fields and validation rules. Why isn't that enough?
A rule forces a keystroke. It can't supply the truth. Required fields fire at stage change, and any keystroke satisfies them. The agent drafts the value from the calls and threads themselves, keeps it current as the deal moves, and shows where it came from. Keep your rules. They just stop being the thing that fills the field.
ApprovalsWe're not comfortable with AI writing straight into our CRM. What are the controls?
Approval is per capability, not all or nothing. Field fills queue for review, with auto-apply as a per-field opt-in. Any agent write can be set to pause for sign-off before it acts, so notes flow freely while CRM updates wait for a human. The pattern we recommend: read-only work automatic, writes gated, gates relaxed as the agent earns it.
PermissionsWe have field-level security on those objects. Does this respect it?
Yes. Writes run as the user. CRM writes go through the acting user's own credentials, so record- and field-level security always holds. Read-only and locked fields are excluded from generation entirely, not just from writing.
Manual entryToday our SEs hand-type meeting notes into Salesforce fields. Can that stop?
Yes. Entry becomes review. Opine already ingests the transcripts, calendar activity, and notes. Scheduled runs turn them into field values with the reasoning attached, so manual entry becomes review-and-apply. For fields you've automated, it becomes nothing at all.
ProvenanceCan we tell AI-filled values apart from human-entered ones?
Inside Opine, always. Every suggestion keeps its full history: the value proposed, the source it cited, and who applied it. Provenance markers inside the CRM itself, like flagging a Salesforce value as AI-filled, aren't supported today. We're considering it.
CostWon't running this across every open deal burn AI spend?
Quiet deals don't run. The sweep skips any deal with no material change since the last fill, and unchanged values never trigger a CRM push. Cost control is built into the scheduler, not left to you.
Proven in the field
Technical sales teams run their pipeline on Opine. The results are public.
“I’ve used countless presales tools over the years, and I can confirm that not a single one comes close to what Opine is doing. Because of their platform, win rates are up, SEs are more efficient, and leadership has access to never-before-seen pipeline intelligence. It’s amazing.”
