Deal Risk Monitoring
Deals rarely fall apart loudly. A competitor gets named on a call, a champion quietly changes jobs, a pricing conversation goes sideways. Opine's agents read the same deal context your team does and flag the risk while you can still do something about it.

How Deal Risk Monitoring works
Set the signals once. The agent runs the sweep and shows its work.
- 01 · Signals
You define what risk means
Stalled deals, competitor mentions, champion changes, sentiment flips, single-threading. Scoped to the pipelines you choose.
- 02 · Trigger
It runs when sales moves
Every morning, on a deal change, or the moment new context lands.
- 03 · The run
Every run shows its work
Reasoning, evidence, and actions, recorded end to end. Writes wait for approval.
- 04 · The catch
The flag lands where you work
In Slack or on the deal record, with the evidence and a drafted next step.
Why it catches what others miss
Engagement tools hear the conversation. CRMs hold the fields. Technical risk lives in neither: the criteria slipping, the blocker aging out, the evaluation going quiet. Opine reads conversations, fields, and the technical sale in one record per opportunity. That's the record the agents sweep.
Risk surfaces itself, with the receipts
Technical sales teams carry the deals with the longest cycles and the most places to stall. The agents do the pipeline-combing so your team doesn't.
Every deal, checked daily
No more finding out in the forecast call. Every open deal, checked each morning and the moment new context lands.
Evidence, not hunches
Every flag links to the quote, thread, or field change that tripped it. Judge it in seconds.
Act while it's cheap
A stall caught at day ten is a conversation. Caught at day forty, it's a forecast miss.
You decide what counts
Signals, scope, and delivery are yours. Detection errs toward omission over false alarms. Writes to your CRM wait for your approval.

vs. rulesOur CRM already flags stalled deals. What's different?
Rules see fields. Agents read the deal. A rule fires when a field changes. It can't tell you a champion went quiet, sentiment flipped on a call, or a competitor came up twice this week. Opine's agents read transcripts, threads, and CRM state together and apply judgment, so the flag names what actually happened.
AccuracyHow do I know a flag is real and not an AI guess?
Every flag shows its work. Agents reason over source data: call transcripts, email threads, Slack, and CRM records, not summaries of summaries. Detection is deliberately conservative, instructed that misreporting a risk is worse than omitting one, and every claim cites the call or message behind it. Each run keeps a full record of its reasoning and actions, and an evaluations workbench lets you test an agent before you trust it.
NoiseWill it flood the channel with false alarms?
You decide what fires. Agents scope to the pipelines and deals you choose, run on the triggers you set, and content-match triggers fire only on patterns you define. Richer conditional logic across fields isn't supported yet.
ControlCan a human approve before anything touches the CRM?
Yes. Writes can wait for sign-off. Approval gates hold write actions, like CRM updates and filed requests, for review before they execute. Read-and-notify monitoring runs on its own.
TuningWhat if I disagree with a flag?
Edit the agent like a document. Instructions are plain English. Each agent keeps a memory that distills your feedback and run history into durable behavior, and you can dry-run changes before they go live.
Proven in the field
Technical sales teams run their pipeline on Opine. The results are public.
“I’ve used countless presales tools over the years, and I can confirm that not a single one comes close to what Opine is doing. Because of their platform, win rates are up, SEs are more efficient, and leadership has access to never-before-seen pipeline intelligence. It’s amazing.”
